A vintage, turn of the century nautical pin / brooch crafted in 15ct yellow gold.
Featuring a carved Carnelian sail with diamond detail, sailing above a decorative guilloche enamel wave.
A small flag is decorated with a reg and white enamel check design. Possibly belonging to a sailing team or club.
Most of the setting is crafted at the back of the pin. There are indistinct hallmarks that can be seen through magnification (15ct & Plat).
Superb craftmanship and still in excellent vintage condition.
Measures 26mm x 26mm.
